Services Offered
We provide credential evaluation and certified translation services to assist individuals in presenting their academic qualifications for various purposes, including education, employment, and immigration.
Acceptance Guarantee
We strive for our evaluations to be accepted by institutions and agencies. If your Course-by-Course Evaluation is not accepted for its intended purpose, please contact us at info@gce.us.org within 90 days of order completion, providing the reason for non-acceptance. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your request and returned evaluation documents.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to evaluations used for licensure, institutions with specific agency requirements, Canadian immigration, or General Evaluations. Refunds exclude mailing, scanning, copying, rush, or processing fees.
24-Hour Processing Guarantee
We aim to deliver draft evaluations within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation and payment. If we fail to meet this timeframe, your evaluation fee will be refunded.
Conditions:
The 24-hour period begins upon receipt of all necessary documents and full payment.
Delays due to incomplete or unclear documents, non-responsiveness, or force majeure events are excluded.
Refunds exclude mailing, scanning, copying, rush, or processing fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your Course-by-Course Evaluation, you may cancel your order before finalization for a full refund of the evaluation fee.
Exclusions: Refunds are not available for General Evaluations, change-of-mind cancellations, or expended mailing, scanning, copying, rush, or processing fees.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund by contacting info@gce.us.org before the order has been processed. Refunds after processing are subject to these Terms.
Document Requirements
All documents must be in English. If your documents are in another language, we offer certified translation services. We accept clear scans or photographs of original documents. Illegible or fraudulent documents will result in order cancellation.
Delivery and Mailing
Digital Delivery: Drafts and final evaluations are delivered via email.
Physical Copies: Mailed upon request; additional fees may apply.
Mailing Times: Domestic (U.S.) mailing typically takes 1 week; international mailing times vary.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds exclude mailing, scanning, copying, rush, or processing fees. We do not refund for documents lost or delayed in the mail.
Data Retention
We retain electronic copies of your documents for 90 days post-completion. Hard copies are destroyed six months after order completion. We recommend you keep personal copies of all documents.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
